Specific to K-12 schools, colleges, and universities that are subject to Title IX, Ms. Wang has extensive training and expertise in the implementation of Title IX regulations, including prompt, impartial, objective, and unbiased Title IX investigations and adjudications; serving as a Title IX process advisor; facilitating informal resolutions; interim Title IX administration staffing; and, consulting and training for Title IX administrators.
