TITLE IX INVESTIGATIONS, HEARING OFFICER, APPEAL OFFICER, ADVISOR ROLE, INTERIM ROLES
Specific to K-12 schools, colleges, and universities that are subject to Title IX, Ms. Wang has extensive training and expertise in the implementation of Title IX regulations, including prompt, impartial, objective, and unbiased Title IX investigations and adjudications; serving as a Title IX process advisor; facilitating informal resolutions; interim Title IX administration staffing; and, consulting and training for Title IX administrators. TITLE VI, TITLE VII, AND ANTI-DISCRIMINATION INVESTIGATIONS, TRAINING, AND CONSULTING
Ms. Wang conducts investigations, training, and consulting for schools and workplaces related to Title VI, Title VII, anti-discrimination, and sexual harassment conduct as defined in a school or workplace policy.
